I’ll have what she’s having.
[Seriously. Christmas, birthdays, you-name-the-gift-receiving-holidays. Other than this holy trinity, I want for nothing other than health and happiness.]

Below are some [mildly edited] photos from the one-day Heroes, Villains and Special Effects event extravaganza at the North Carolina Museum of Life and Science. Man am I glad that I’m “press”, or we never would have gotten a parking space!
I hate to think of all the moments I would have missed without one.

I love those underwater shots. Well, I love all those shots. You guys rock so hard!
If I had a point-and-shoot that would actually let me point *and* shoot, I might actually buy into that.
Matt, even my P&S doesn’t P&S! I got the first generation of underwater “tough” P&S (Olympus Tough 6000), and it has pretty major shutter lag. So, anticipation and luck play major factors in getting decent shots!
Fabulous pics!
Wonderful! As always. Look at that little chub-muffin in your arms!!!
I love that last picture. Happy families!
I had the pleasure of photographing the opening of the new Dinosaur Trail at the North Carolina Museum of Life and Science. Below are a few of my favorite shots but, if you’re in the Triangle area, you really should get over there and check it out for yourself. Kids or no!

I had such a great time photographing this family of four. I love families who obviously know how to have fun together! Here is a preview of their session:

I had a great shoot with a lovely family this past Sunday. Their son is almost three, and baby #2 is due in July. It was a gorgeous day and they were tons of fun to work with! Here is a preview:

Her eyes are getting brown in the middle but she still has a gray ring around them!

What a cutie drool-baby.

About that drool – aren’t you loving the “lipgloss effect”? I wish *I* could droop on my lips and make them look that good.
